The Mono-Print Collection
This series over the summer of 2008. Getting back to my roots... I began experimenting with Mono-printing at Pratt Institute in New York where I attached to this medium. "Mono" or "one" means they are truly 1 of 1 prints (originals).

It's a process that involves first, painting your design on top of Plexiglas using printing inks. Then by placing that over damp paper and running it through a heavy duty press you arrive at the other end with a print.

The compositions are mostly in Triptych. They are no smaller than 5 x 5 inches (each painted square). The full paper size in this series runs around, 10 x 22 and 12 x 30 inches.
